These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website (askatom.ai) and the services provided by Atom AI, operated by Adam Harari, a sole proprietor based in Monmouth County, New Jersey (“Atom AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
Atom AI provides AI and automation consulting for local businesses, including reviewing your operations, producing a written action plan, and building and maintaining automations. The specific scope, deliverables, timing, and fees for any paid engagement will be set out in a separate written agreement or proposal between you and us. Where those terms conflict with anything here, the written engagement agreement controls.
Consultations and applications
Submitting a form on this site is a request for a consultation, not a binding contract. We review every application and reach out if we are a fit. A free consultation carries no obligation on either side to proceed further.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and the access we reasonably need to do the work.
- Ensure you have the right to share any data, accounts, or credentials you give us, including data about your own customers.
- Use any automations we build in compliance with applicable laws and the terms of the third-party services involved.
Confidentiality
We treat your business information as confidential and use it only to provide our services, as described in our Privacy Policy. We likewise ask that you keep confidential any non-public methods, pricing, or materials we share with you. On request, we are glad to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before an engagement.
Fees and payment
Fees for paid work are set out in your engagement agreement. Unless stated otherwise there, invoices are due as specified, and late or unpaid amounts may pause ongoing work.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, graphics, and the Atom AI name and marks, belongs to Atom AI and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of custom automations and deliverables built for a client is addressed in the applicable engagement agreement. Third-party tools and platforms remain the property of their respective owners and are governed by their own terms.
AI and automation disclaimer
AI and automation tools are powerful but not infallible. We build and configure them with care, but we do not guarantee specific business results, and automated outputs should be reviewed for accuracy before being relied upon. Our services are not legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice.
No warranties
This website and our general information are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Warranties specific to a paid engagement, if any, are those stated in the engagement agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atom AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. For any paid engagement, our total liability is limited as set out in the engagement agreement, and absent such a term, to the amount you paid us for the work giving rise to the claim.
Third-party links and services
Our site and automations may reference or connect to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, and we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
