Our commitment to your business data
We understand that the businesses we work with trust us with sensitive information about their operations, their clients, and their finances. We treat that information as confidential. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data, and we do not use your business data to train public AI models or share it with anyone outside the scope of delivering our services to you.

- Contact and inquiry details: your name, email address, phone number, and business details you submit through our consultation and qualification forms.
- Information shared during an engagement: if you become a client, we may receive information about your workflows, tools, documents, and, where relevant, data about your own customers, in order to design and build your automations.

- Basic usage data: standard web request information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring page. We use this only to keep the site running and to understand general traffic.

- To respond to your inquiry and determine whether we are a fit to work together.
- To provide, deliver, and support the automation services you request.

To deliver automations we may connect to or rely on third-party platforms (for example, scheduling tools, email or messaging providers, CRMs, and AI services) that you already use or that we set up on your behalf. Those providers process data under their own terms, and we choose providers that offer suitable data-protection agreements. We will identify the relevant tools for your project and how your data flows through them before implementation.
How long we keep your data
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to follow up and, if we do not work together, we remove it on request. For active clients, we retain project data for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period afterward for support and legal record-keeping, and we will delete it sooner at your request where we are not legally required to keep it.
